My experience with this vendor was extremely poor and ultimately resulted in a disappointing transaction. I placed my order on October 5th and stressed the critical nature of receiving the shipment by October 12th. I explicitly offered to pay for express shipping, but the vendor’s team confidently assured me that delivery would be met by the 12th without any additional charge. This verbal guarantee was the sole reason I proceeded with the purchase.
The vendor failed to honor this commitment. To my surprise, the parcel was only dispatched on October 11th, just one day before the promised delivery date. Consequently, the order did not arrive until October 20th, making it significantly late and unusable for its intended purpose. I immediately accepted the vendor’s offer to return the item due to the major delivery delay and shipped the product back to their facility.
The most concerning issue arose during the refund. The vendor has only refunded the product value and is refusing to cover the shipping costs I incurred, both to and from my location. I paid ₹400 for the initial shipment and an additional ₹240 to return the delayed product, totaling a loss of ₹640. Withholding these courier charges for a return necessitated by their own late dispatch demonstrates deeply unprofessional and unethical business practices. I caution future buyers about their delivery promises and refund integrity.
