Shipping & Returns Policy – Raising Store
Shipping Timeline:
At Raising Store, each product is handcrafted with care and made-to-order. Once your order is placed, our team begins the finishing and secure packaging process.

All orders are processed within 3–5 days.

Your order will be delivered within 10–12 business days across India.
A tracking ID and link will be shared via email once your package is dispatched so you can monitor its journey.
Order Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking link via email within 24 hours after dispatch. Once tracking is active, the product is considered successfully shipped from our end.
Return & Exchange Policy:
All purchases from Raising Store are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is placed, as each product is custom-made or handcrafted to order.

In case of damaged or defective items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (including unboxing video).

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product details and reach out with any questions before placing an order.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Raising Store is not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
