Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us at raisingstore20@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).

  • Items must be returned only after receiving written confirmation from our team.
